What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field
- Two (2) years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of federal and state HR laws, regulations, and policies
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant HR certification
- Experience in high-volume staffing and recruitment for hard-to-fill positions
- Familiarity with diverse sourcing methods, including social media
- Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
