What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit entry-level and experienced real estate agents through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and social media
- Utilize technology platforms and CRM systems to manage recruiting processes
- Maintain the CRM to nurture and track recruit leads
- Conduct live and virtual recruiting interviews and provide weekly status updates
- Communicate company culture and value proposition to potential recruits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license or CT Brokers license
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Experience using a CRM software platform
- Strong outbound communication skills
- Ability to meet recruiting goals and deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish, although not required
