      Position Summary:

      The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner with hiring managers and is responsible for all levels of positions through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications. This position is responsible for coordinating and developing recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. Responsible for the screening and interviewing of all candidates and processing new hire paperwork for external and internal candidates. Partners with managers on placement and retention plans.

      Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
      • Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and extending offers.
      • Establish partnership with Hiring Managers to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts
      • Source active and passive qualified talent, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment.
      • Conduct interviews and provide Hiring Managers with detailed notes.
      • In partnership with HR and Hiring Managers manage the offer process.
      • Coordinate all necessary qualification and background checks for applicants.
      • Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System. Help maintain critical reporting and tracking metrics.
      • Serve as a strategic Recruiter / talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
      • Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and "sell" the company to passive and active talent. Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.
      • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & implement sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.
      • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
      • Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
      • Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program and applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

      Requirements

      Education and Experience Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
      • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

      Physical Demands and Work Environment:
      • Work environment will be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate.
      • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
      • Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen.
      • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use.
      • Metal ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
      • Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed.
      • May be exposed to angry or irate customers or patients.
      • Excellent ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal and external customers with the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.
      • Physical and mental ability to analyze data, problem solving and critical thinking.
