What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn and operate according to the People Science Recruitment Continuum and associated processes
- Establish strong relationships with the client's Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
- Develop creative recruitment strategies and goals to attract top candidates
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for hiring manager interviews
- Track all activities and update databases and applicant tracking systems in real time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Commitment to learning the recruitment processes and methods of the employer
- Diligence in meeting all assigned goals and deliverables
- Ability to act in the best interest of the company and its clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to treat all stakeholders with respect and empathy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a remote recruiting role
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
