      - Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop a staffing model to support growth
      - Build effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants
      - Travel to relevant corporate or recruiting events, including schools and industry-related job fairs
      - Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business goals and needs analysis
      - Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Possess a valid State Driver's License
      - Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Social Media/Marketing experience
      - Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
      - Strategic thinking and ability to execute results
