What you’ll do:

• You will partner with our General Manager, and Operations Manager for Eastern Europe on all things recruitment

• Manage the recruitment process from end to end, for roles in both operations, projects and sales

• Partner with hiring managers across Romania and Poland (other locations, as required) and collaborate to ensure we are able to deliver projects to our customers effectively

• Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods including referrals, online sourcing, partnerships, and event

• Demonstrate your organisation skills, handling various tasks throughout the day from searching for candidates, arranging interviews to discussing future hiring plans with our leaders

• Track candidate and pipeline activity in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and maximize the use of tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter

• Measure and report on sourcing and recruiting metrics

• Utilize data to make decisions throughout your recruiting processes

• Deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience

• Work with the wider Recruitment team to lead and support on continuous improvement

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Fluency in Romanian

• An experienced recruiter who has been managing end to end processes effectively

• Experience recruiting within sales, technical, manufacturing, engineering roles

• Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent, and a proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track and manage candidates

• Passionate about pro-active talent sourcing, we don't just sit an wait for candidates to apply

• Strong organizational skills to balance a requisition workload

• Understanding of the Romanian (and Polish, preferable) Labour and recruitment market, and a curiosity to keep up to speed with the legislation and trends
