What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate across multiple portfolio companies to fill business and technology-focused roles
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from requisition creation to candidate closing
- Advocate for competency-based recruiting practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and technical recruiting
- Proven experience in scaling early-stage teams, either as an agency partner or in-house
- Ability to work on a diverse range of roles
- Strong understanding of balancing urgency with thoughtfulness in the recruiting process
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Previous experience working in a recruiting agency setting
