What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including identifying, sourcing, and assessing candidates for open roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate a diverse pool of candidates
- Lead recruitment projects such as assessment implementation and partnership identification
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM data throughout the recruitment process
- Share recruitment trends and challenges with leaders, identifying opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Proven experience using innovative research and sourcing methods
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including legal and regulatory compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong preference for candidates with a technical background, particularly in IT or engineering
- Experience with Talent Acquisition systems such as ATS and CRM
- Knowledge of a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and social media
