What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including both technical and non-technical positions
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
