      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, post, and manage strategic job requisitions on various online job boards, including social media
      - Identify and prioritize current recruiting needs across multiple sites
      - Participate in community networking events, career fairs, and hiring events
      - Pre-screen and coach qualified candidates to effectively present to client companies
      - Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and complete new hire paperwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
      - 0-4 years of recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or related experience
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with database management and record keeping
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
