What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for sales roles, ensuring a world-class candidate experience
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates through various platforms
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, technical skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future openings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a startup, technology, or data security company
- Proven experience in hiring for sales roles
- Strong sourcing abilities across multiple platforms to attract passive talent
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or data security
- Understanding of the sales process and key competencies for sales success, such as SaaS sales and solution selling
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
