What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, recruit, and place USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for healthcare facilities
- Build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through various recruitment sources
- Provide information to candidates regarding position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, and community offerings
- Conduct recruitment in an efficient, time-sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner
- Coordinate efforts with the manager to ensure successful recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with ATS/CMS systems
- Experience recruiting for critical hard-to-fill positions within healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Must own reliable transportation with the ability to travel to job fairs within the region
