What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, assisting with questions and concerns
- Manage inbound communications and direct respondents toward priority studies
- Ensure that respondents meet qualification requirements before scheduling for tests
- Conduct cold calls to fill taste tests and maintain a professional demeanor
- Update respondent information and manage database cleaning processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate required
- Comfort with all digital channels, including Live Chat, SMS, Email, and Social Media
- Strong phone handling skills, with a proactive and reliable approach
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with phone software (not required but beneficial)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
