What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, resolving inquiries and issues through the Customer Care Line
- Maintain knowledge of active research projects and ensure respondents meet qualification requirements for specific tests
- Facilitate inbound communication and steer respondents towards high-priority studies
- Conduct outbound calls to assist in filling taste tests and manage database cleaning projects
- Meet monthly performance metrics for phone and digital channel interactions, and participate in ongoing training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate required
- Comfortable with all digital channels including Live Chat, SMS, Email, and Social Media Messenger
- Proficient in phone handling with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with phone software (not required, but advantageous)
