      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, resolving inquiries and issues via phone and digital channels
      - Field inbound communications and steer respondents toward priority tests
      - Ensure respondents meet qualification requirements before scheduling for taste tests
      - Proactively update respondent information and support database cleaning processes
      - Meet monthly performance metrics for phone and digital interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate
      - Comfort with various digital communication channels (Live Chat, SMS, Email, Social Media)
      - Problem-solving and strong communication skills
      - Proactive and reliable work ethic
      - Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Experience with phone handling or phone software
