      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
      - Manage inbound communications via phone and digital channels, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
      - Conduct outbound calls to fill taste tests and confirm respondent qualifications
      - Update and maintain respondent information in the departmental database
      - Meet monthly performance metrics for phone and digital interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent required
      - Comfort with digital communication channels (Live Chat, SMS, Email, Social Media Messenger)
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - Reliability and proactive approach in customer service
      - Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Experience with phone handling or phone software (not required but beneficial)
