What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Coordinate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records in compliance with data protection regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in early talent recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
