What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and attend career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to identify and engage potential early talent candidates
- Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and other networks to attract top talent
- Implement innovative strategies to engage with candidates through social media, webinars, and informational sessions
- Coordinate and participate in the interview process, assessing candidate qualifications and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in early talent recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
