- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best-in-class hiring experience, from recruiting through onboarding
- Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing process from job description creation, sourcing, screening, submittals, interview coordination and up to offer acceptance
- Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging client’s resources in order to hire top tier talent
- Participate in discussions with OneDigital Recruiting business leaders to understand clients hiring needs and create, implement, and drive a recruitment strategy
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their function, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire and candidate quality
- Act as an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for our clients, effectively demonstrating our culture and the Digital Way through all touchpoints and communications with OneDigital clients
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a variety of industries
- Analytical and metrics-oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive business and behavioral changes with data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Effective negotiator, able to bring parties to a consensus through mediation and counsel
- Strategic thinker who brings resolution to any challenges and problems throughout the recruiting process
- High degree of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience; agency and/or in-house, required
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- ATS proficiency required
- Experience leading strategic recruiting efforts, preferred

Our Newest Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Consultant to support the robust talent acquisition needs of our benefits clients. The Recruiter serves as a trusted partner to the hiring managers and HR departments of our customers to ensure that they attract and hire top talent for their organization. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent, managing requisition requests, working closely with the hiring manager to fully understand the scope and nature of the role, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating interview scheduling, and negotiating offer details.
This position requires cultivation of an in-depth network and candidate pipeline and the ability to develop strong business relationships with our benefits clients, including the clients HR contact, leadership team and hiring managers. The role is fully remote, flexible in time management, and pays $50-$55/hour.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50-$55 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
