What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
- Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancing candidates
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
- Assist in the orientation of new employees, including completing new hire paperwork and collecting I-9 documentation
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment and new hire processes, coordinating with various agencies and departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, affirmative action plan administration, and employment law
- Strong understanding of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional demeanor
- Experience with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS, and proficiency in scheduling within Outlook shared calendars
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams located in multiple counties
- Knowledge of business office operations and clerical duties
