What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
- Review application information to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as proof of employment and certifications
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation
- Act as a liaison with employment agencies and coordinate recruitment efforts with HR teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, selection, and employment law application
- Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and policies, as well as federal and state employment laws
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS, and proficiency in scheduling with Outlook shared calendars

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple counties
- Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
