      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews and skills testing
      - Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
      - Assist in the orientation of new employees, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed
      - Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with the Recruiting Manager and HRBPs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, affirmative action plan administration, and employment law applications
      - Basic understanding of organizational structure and extensive knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
      - Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Experience with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook shared calendars

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience working with teams located in multiple counties
      - Knowledge of business office operations, filing, and administrative clerical operations
