What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
- Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancing candidates
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist in the orientation of new employees and manage related clerical tasks
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and collaborate with various employment agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, selection, and employment law application
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ATS applications, particularly iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Understanding of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
