- Evaluate resumes against job requirements and conduct pre-screenings of potential candidates.
- Support in the recruiting process for different hotels
- Communicate consistently through meetings and correspondence to ensure a well communicated hiring process to both hiring managers and candidates
- Track candidates in Applicant tracking system
- Prepare offer letters and initiate new hire paperwork including I9’s.
- Maintain an accurate and consistent Applicant Flow Log and disposition candidates as necessary.
- Attend regular department meetings
- Support other HR related tasks and projects as needed
- Partner closely with field Human Resource teams to support current and future staffing needs.
- 1 year experience in an administrative role
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Advanced skills with PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel required.
- Experience in using HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, handle employee matters effectively and employee inquiries with sensitivity

Job Description
The Corporate Recruiting Intern will work in partnership with the Shared Services Recruiting team to support recruitment and onboarding for Omni Hotels and Resorts.
