Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated and suitably experienced individuals to join the Recruitment Teams in Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
Two full-time contracts (consisting of 37.5 hours per week - worked over 5 days) are available, as well as one part-time contract (consisting of 30 hours per week- worked over 4 days). The teams currently work 2 days at home.
The post involves working to provide support for managers and appointees throughout the recruitment and selection process using a range of electronic workforce information systems.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will be part of a small team and will assist in ensuring the recruitment processes within their area are efficient, effective and safe. Working with a variety of stakeholders you will need to hold the Health Board values at the centre of your day-to-day transactions.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time for the recruitment function as we work towards transforming the recruitment pathway to ensure a personalised service for all stakeholders.
The successful candidates will need to have had previous administrative and/or customer service experience as well as excellent communication skills.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
