      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for proposal efforts, including job advertisement development and candidate sourcing
      - Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers
      - Support the preparation of proposals for donor funding, including research and drafting written components
      - Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure compliance with donor requirements
      - Assist with administrative tasks and data management for the New Business Development Unit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - 1-3 years of work experience, including at least two years in business development and/or talent acquisition for international development organizations
      - Experience utilizing various sourcing and recruiting tools to build candidate pipelines
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
      - Must demonstrate valid proof of unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems
      - Familiarity with USAID and other U.S. government funding agencies
      - Interest in governance, civil society, media, technology, youth, or education development sectors
      - Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in proposal coordination or preparation for donor funding
