      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
      - Hands-on experience with various PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
      - Demonstrable experience in social media content creation and ad copywriting
      - Proven creativity in developing compelling marketing content
      - Knowledge of hiring laws and practices to ensure compliance during recruitment
