What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist in facilitating the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Analyze data from recruitment campaigns to optimize strategies and improve performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two years of marketing experience
- Ability to manage sensitive organizational data with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Canva, and major social media platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms with a proven track record
- Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies
- Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content
