      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of recruitment, including updating position descriptions and preparing job announcements
      - Conduct interviews, provide training for interview panels, and assist with employment verifications
      - Perform salary analysis and make recommendations to the HR Generalist
      - Handle HR actions entry into the human resources information system and conduct New Employee Orientation
      - Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and track recruitment metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of human resources experience
      - Valid Arizona Driver's License
      - Knowledge of State and Federal laws impacting human resources activities
      - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with recruitment techniques, strategies, and best practices
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
      - Ability to provide training on various HR-related topics
      - Experience in promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives
