What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and facilitate the resolution of issues involving Master and Reference Data use and quality
- Work with business process owners to capture and evaluate Party and Account data process flows, identifying pain points and inflight initiatives
- Participate in defining and establishing appropriate data guidelines and fixing issues at the source
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders to assess the progress of initiatives
- Collaborate effectively to build relationships and partnerships to meet shared objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Banking or Finance industry
- Prior experience with Master and Reference Data domains related to data quality and data governance
- Demonstrated Data Analyst and process engineering skillset in financial/banking industry
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
