      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, record, disseminate, and track all referrals from assigned markets in the network
      - Collaborate with Service Advocates and facilities to ensure a smooth patient admissions experience
      - Monitor all cases in the referral database with a strong attention to detail
      - Respond immediately to referral inquiries with a high sense of urgency
      - Facilitate effective communication between families and the facility with compassion and care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
      - Prior experience working in marketing or referral development for a mental health or healthcare agency
      - Proficient in the use of electronic correspondence and word processing
      - Strong commitment to detail in updating and maintaining notes
      - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a behavioral health or educational treatment setting
      - Familiarity with referral processes and patient admissions in healthcare
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
      - Previous experience in customer service or client relations
      - Knowledge of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
