What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral inquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Receive, record, disseminate, and track referrals from assigned markets in the network
- Collaborate with Service Advocates and facilities to facilitate a smooth patient admissions experience
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the referral database
- Provide compassionate support to families and coordinate with appropriate facilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in marketing or referral development within a mental health or healthcare agency
- Proficient in electronic correspondence and word processing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Ability to respond urgently and collaborate effectively with families and facilities
