      • Promote and support Harbor Freight Tools Open Door Policy.
      • Compile and analyze reports and data to identify trends, make recommendations, and adjust work efforts accordingly.

      Requirements

      Qualifications

      Experience

      • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources and multi-unit leadership
      Education
      • Bachelors/associate degree preferred. HR certification preferred. High School graduate/Equivalent required.
      Physical Requirements
      • Ability to communicate with customers and Associates. Requires at least 50% travel over a large geographical area and standing and moving for an entire shift.
      Availability
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Regular travel is required. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

      The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,700 – $121,800 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
