Shape the regional networking to identify and influence key players and decision-makers in the access process.

In alignment with the National Access Strategy, develop and implement market access plans in the region and assigned accounts to ensure the incorporation of Novo Nordisk's product portfolio (new and existing).

Implement NN Healthcare sustainability strategy approaching public-private collaboration with the implementation of prevention & value-based health care initiatives working closely with the Value-based Healthcare Centre.

Reach out public-private partnership with relevant stakeholders in the region to ensure Novo Nordisk positioning and NN portfolio introduction with the best possible conditions.

Avoid and minimize the reimbursement barriers to ensure patients with appropriate treatment and optimal access to NN products, addressing HTA/payer objections to the products prescription.

Planning and execution of regional & hospital tenders’ strategy in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders (pricing, commercial & finance…)

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health sciences or economy.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical enviroment with at least three of them in market access roles within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare system.

Previous experience in Cataluña region is mandatory. Additional experience in Baleares will be an advantage.

Deep knowledge of Spanish Health System organization and its regulation

Knowledge of Health Economics and Drug Assessment procedures & Healthcare and policy environment.

The position
As our Regional Access Manager (RAM) you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that Healthcare Administration, organisations and patients have access to our company's products and services in Cataluña and Baleares.
To success in this role, you will work in strong cross-functional collaboration with Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Medical Department & MAPA to ensure the implementation of plans and agreements.
