What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals within complex disease states
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and develop sales plans based on competitor and sales trend analysis
- Coordinate care and promote services within hospital systems and provider networks to drive business growth
- Deliver persuasive presentations and messages to influence stakeholders and drive desired actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and expand local business efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in developing strategic business plans to achieve financial targets in a multi-million dollar territory
- Expert knowledge of complex disease states and the specialty pharmacy delivery system
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues and collaborating with internal and external resources
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience selling specialty products or services in Oncology, Neurology, HIV, or related disease states
- Experience in business-to-business sales within medical settings or managed care
- Familiarity with transplant centers and high-touch sales/service models
- Knowledge of reimbursement and billing practices within oncology medical practices
- Experience with specialty pulmonary disease states and the associated treatment centers

Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
