What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute effective business plans to achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals in specialty pharmacy services
- Manage accounts within hospital systems and provider networks to coordinate care and promote services
- Deliver persuasive presentations and communications that drive desired actions among stakeholders
- Mentor and train new Account Managers under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director
- Collaborate with various internal and external resources to address customer issues and expand business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales experience, or High School Diploma/GED and at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in developing strategic business plans to meet financial targets within a multi-million dollar territory
- Expertise in complex disease states and familiarity with specialty pharmacy and payer segments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership roles or cross-functional team leadership
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience selling specialty products or services in Oncology, Neurology, or Specialty Pulmonary disease states
- Experience in business-to-business sales within a medical setting or managed care
- Familiarity with transplant centers and high-touch sales/service models
- Knowledge of reimbursement practices in oncology medical practices
- Candidates based in Minnesota preferred

Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
