      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote specialty pharmacy services to healthcare providers within complex disease states such as Oncology and Neurology
      - Develop and execute effective business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals
      - Manage accounts and coordinate care within hospital systems and provider networks
      - Deliver impactful presentations and communications to stakeholders
      - Lead cross-functional teams and mentor new Account Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, including specialty roles, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience
      - Proven experience in developing strategic business plans for multi-million dollar territories
      - Strong understanding of complex disease states and specialty pharmacy delivery systems
      - Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends to drive improvement
      - Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience selling specialty products or services in Oncology, Neurology, or Specialty Pulmonary
      - Experience in a medical setting or managed care working with provider groups or hospital systems
      - Knowledge of reimbursement and billing practices in oncology or specialty pulmonary settings
      - Experience coordinating care in transplant centers or similar high-touch sales/service models
      - Minnesota-based candidates preferred
