      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
      - Provide account management and strategic planning for key accounts
      - Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers
      - Identify opportunities and barriers within emerging customer segments
      - Deliver compliant clinical presentations and support training initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus
      - 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 5+ years in sales or market access
      - 2+ years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System or Integrated Health Systems
      - Proven sales performance in specialty pharmacy markets
      - Valid driver's license in good standing; willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 70-80%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a start-up environment or entrepreneurial attitude
      - Familiarity with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting
      - In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
      - Proven product launch experience in competitive environments
      - Experience selling specialty products, particularly injectable medication technologies
