What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed business objectives
- Provide account management, strategic planning, and analysis for assigned key accounts
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver clinical presentations and assist with the development of field training
- Ensure compliance with company policies and represent the employer at conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years in sales or field market access
- 2+ years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System or Integrated Health Systems
- Proven performance in sales or field market access, evidenced by market performance reports
- Valid driver's license in good standing and willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 70-80%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy Network Management
- Demonstrated experience with product launches in competitive environments
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
- Passion for improving addiction and mental health patient care
