What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to meet business objectives
- Provide account management and strategic planning for assigned key accounts
- Analyze market reports to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within accounts
- Deliver compliant clinical presentations and assist with training in support of business development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years in sales or market access
- At least 2 years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System or related fields
- Proven sales performance in specialty pharmacy markets, supported by market performance reports
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally and nationally (up to 70-80%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialty products, particularly physician-administered technologies
- Demonstrated experience with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
- Documented success in product launches within competitive environments
