What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
- Attend sales calls with agents to present and assist in closing opportunities with end-users
- Educate agents on AireSpring products, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with agents on thorough order submissions according to company requirements
- Lead solution development efforts to address agent and customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of prior telecom sales experience
- Strong knowledge of voice and data products
- Proven track record of achieving assigned sales quotas
- Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings with agents and their customers
- Experience in proactively seeking out new sales opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of B2B telecom sales experience
- Experience in channel sales and building partnerships
- Familiarity with customer service processes in a sales context
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with sales agents
- Strong problem-solving skills in a sales environment
