What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Educational Technology programs and student information systems, ensuring accurate data collection and management
- Serve as the regional point of contact for various data platforms, maintaining relationships with vendors
- Design and implement real-time data reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders, tailoring communication to various data literacy levels
- Collaborate with the Data Team to develop and maintain a data warehouse of relevant data sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the education or non-profit fields
- Strong project management skills and robust quantitative and analytical abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills with Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and programming in data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, R)

- Familiarity with current student data systems such as PowerSchool and assessment platforms like Illuminate Education
- Experience training diverse audiences on data and analytics products
- Knowledge of database structure systems and data mining techniques
