What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the West Coast Region
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to property-based sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate partners
- Craft and present quarterly and annual business and marketing plans to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a regional capacity
- Minimum of 2 years in a multi-unit capacity overseeing hotel properties
- Experience across multiple brands, particularly Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with hotel management software and tools such as Delphi and Cvent
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a positive team culture
- Resides centrally in a metro area close to a major hub airport
