      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for GTM and business operations across the region
      - Leverage data-driven insights to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational growth plans
      - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of leaders, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
      - Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team
      - Drive DEI initiatives in hiring processes and set measurable DEI hiring goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading 2 or more talent acquisition teams, particularly for GTM functions
      - Deep understanding of the talent landscape in North America for GTM roles
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast hiring needs
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in collaborating with marketing and people teams to elevate employer branding
      - Proven track record in implementing innovative recruitment strategies
      - Experience representing the company at industry events and recruitment fairs
      - Knowledge of DEI initiatives in hiring processes
      - Familiarity with market trends and competitive intelligence in talent acquisition
