      In the position as Regional Distribution Sales Manager (f/m/d) EMEA you will report to the European Distribution Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible to define a growth strategy for Regional Distributors in EMEA and will support and grow our distribution sales channels in this region.

      About the Job:

      • Develop a long-term business plan for the distributors in order to drive growth and gain share and increased POS

      • Collaborate with our Regional Sales Managers in EMEA to drive distributor engagement in the respective regions in order to reach growth targets

      • Fully understand Littelfuse internal share and ranking at the distributors and work to improve to a level where we gain significant mind share

      • With the help of Littelfuse internal resources, ensure that the distributor has adequate training on products, markets and applications

      • Provide competitive information and marketing feedback to the relevant internal departments (product management, sales, product marketing, corporate distribution management)

      • Collaborate with our product managers to drive key product lines and ensure the distributor stock profiles are appropriate for the market

      About you:

      • Completed University Degree, ideally in a technical field or economics

      • 3+ years of experience in distribution management or regional sales experience preferably within the electronics industry

      • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications

      • Very good oral and written skills in English, any additional language is a plus

      • Self-organized and driven way of working

      • Travel within Europe up to 50%
