What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review financial submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely finalization
- Provide accurate financial reports, including regional summaries and analyses
- Perform financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analyses
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Document local processes and procedures in both the resident language and English

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting and reporting, emphasizing process setting and internal controls
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or a global organization
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills, with knowledge of US GAAP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cost Accounting and knowledge of Mexican/Brazilian accounting standards and taxation
- Familiarity with SAP BPC and Infor Visual Manufacturing
- Previous experience as an internal or external auditor
- Involvement in professional and community organizations that promote professional growth
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
