      Salary: £26,304 to £30,261 per annum

      Location: London - Corsica Street or Wrights Road

      Hours: 36 per week

      Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract

      We’re recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team in the North London.

      You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.

      You’ll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, and action gas safety processes, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. We’ll look to you to maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.

      Your other responsibilities will include:

      • Monitoring, recording and processing estate inspections and zoning information.
      • Assisting in arrangements for local community and resident involvement meetings and events
      • Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates
      • Work closely with the neighbourhood teams to manage estate-based inspections and site based enquiries and following up as appropriate.

      Reception duty is an integral part of the Regional Administrator Role, all officers are expected to complete reception duties on a rota between the two officers detailed in the advert. The main reception duties are liaising with residents to answer their queries and signpost them to the correct process or team.

      This part of the role is customer facing and the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be a good communicator and be confident in setting the customers expectations and delivering excellent customer service.

      You’ll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

      You’ll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.
