      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a partner and consultant to leadership teams to coach on HR processes and ensure positive associate relations practices
      - Provide tactical and strategic support to managers on compliance with laws, policies, and best practices
      - Handle, document, and resolve associate relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
      - Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive improvements in associate retention and culture
      - Deliver training on HR-related topics and initiatives to internal customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in a human resource business partner role, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Minimum of three years’ experience working for a multi-state employer
      - Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws as well as industry regulations
      - Ability to travel up to 10%

      - Experience in HR roles specifically within the healthcare industry
      - Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
      - Proven track record of implementing HR programs that drive engagement and retention
      - Experience with performance evaluation programs and talent management strategies
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
