What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including property tours and processing applications
- Stay informed about market conditions and make recommendations for marketing opportunities
- Execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and support lease renewal programs
- Respond promptly to resident concerns and ensure compliance with leasing standards
- Support onsite teams in maintaining leasing velocity and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of successful apartment leasing or sales experience
- Must have a valid in-state Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service skills with leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College-level education preferred
- Involvement in community events related to leasing initiatives
- Social media savvy with excellent computer skills
- Ability to travel extensively, potentially 75% or more
- Skills to train other associates effectively
