      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
      - Conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages
      - Stay informed about market and competitor conditions to make recommendations on marketing opportunities
      - Execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including internet marketing and resident referral programs
      - Respond promptly to resident concerns and questions, ensuring a high level of customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of full-time, successful apartment leasing or sales experience
      - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster team collaboration
      - Valid in-state Driver's License and reliable transportation
      - Strong organizational and leadership abilities
      - Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College-level education preferred
      - Experience in community special events related to leasing initiatives
      - Social media proficiency for marketing purposes
      - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Willingness to travel extensively, potentially 75% or more
