      Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering (RME) is hiring for a Regional Maintenance Manager!

To that end, Amazon is seeking a person to provide strategic and tactical leadership over maintenance, repair and vendor management operations to support the Fulfillment Center business across the Brazilian market.

      Join us in the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

      Key job responsibilities
      The Regional Maintenance Manager will manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as influence, negotiate and develop relationships at all levels of the organization. Additionally, they must be a highly skilled vendor management professional.

      Responsibilities Include:

      - Supplier relationship management
      - Manage operational relationships with third parties, delivery station support teams and internal operations business partners
      - Identify opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies with our vendors
      - Provide input and execute standard operational procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to indirectly influence external service providers to successful outcomes
      - Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
      - Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
      - Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others and execute positive change
      - Demonstrated ability to dive deep using root cause analysis to eliminate maintenance problems
      - Identify savings opportunities, better partnerships to leverage industry best practices, creating greater efficiencies through partnerships and technology innovations, etc.
      - Manage vendor relationships and establish yourself as a primary business contact for key suppliers

      Travel 50-75%, based on business needs
      - Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience;
      - Bachelor's degree;
      - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays;
      - Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office;
      - Fluent English Skills.- Team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
      - Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
